Terms & Conditions

By creating an account on Rybbly (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Rybbly connects local businesses (“Businesses”) with content creators (“Creators”) for promotional campaigns.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and verify your email address before you can purchase credits. Rybbly may suspend accounts that provide false information or fail to verify their email within a reasonable time.

Rybbly operates on a credits-based system. New Creators receive a one-time signup bonus of 500 credits; new Businesses receive 1,000 credits. Applying to a campaign costs 100 credits for Creators. Posting a campaign costs 500 credits for Businesses.

Additional credits may be purchased via UPI payment. Credit purchases are confirmed by the buyer entering a valid transaction ID and are recorded for audit purposes. Submitting a false or fraudulent transaction ID is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and are non-refundable except at Rybbly’s sole discretion.

Campaigns you post must accurately describe the deliverables, budget, and deadline you intend to honor. You are solely responsible for negotiating and paying Creators directly for accepted work — Rybbly is a discovery and communication platform and is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any payment arrangement between you and a Creator.

You must review applicants and respond in good faith. Accepting an applicant creates a direct working relationship between you and that Creator, governed by whatever terms you separately agree to (e.g. deliverables, usage rights, and compensation).

You may not use the Platform to post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal campaigns, or to solicit content that infringes on third-party rights.

Applying to a campaign is not a guarantee of selection or payment. Once a Business accepts your application, you are responsible for delivering the agreed content and honoring any terms negotiated directly with that Business through the Platform’s messaging feature or otherwise.

You must represent your follower count, engagement rate, and other profile details honestly. Misrepresenting your audience or reach to secure campaigns is a violation of these Terms.

Rybbly does not employ Creators and is not responsible for disputes over payment, content approval, or deliverables between a Creator and a Business — though you may use the in-app chat and Support tickets to seek help resolving disagreements.

All credit purchases are processed via UPI to Rybbly’s designated payment ID. Credits are added to your account once a valid transaction ID is submitted. Rybbly reserves the right to audit transactions against its payment records and to reverse credits or suspend accounts where a submitted transaction ID cannot be verified.

Because credits are consumed instantly on use (applying to or posting a campaign), Rybbly does not offer refunds for credits already spent. Unused purchased credits may be refunded at Rybbly’s discretion on a case-by-case basis — contact Support to request this.

You may not: create multiple accounts to claim additional signup bonuses; submit fake or duplicate payment transaction IDs; harass or defraud other users; post content or campaigns that are illegal, defamatory, or infringe intellectual property; or attempt to circumvent the credits system.

Rybbly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for fraudulent payment claims, fake profile data, or abusive behavior toward other users. Suspended accounts retain no claim to unused credits.

Rybbly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Rybbly is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from arrangements between Businesses and Creators, including non-payment or non-delivery of agreed work.

Rybbly may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
